I was introduced to Swe by a friend in 2016.
Coming on board I started well and started losing weight even though I was not sticking to the plan the way I ought to, at some point I felt the progress was slow so I kept falling off the wagon and getting back on but still not getting it right.

In 2017, I fell off and couldn’t get back on and took time off for a bit, I decided to get back on swe this 2018 and found out that all the weight I lost had crept back on and that was my aha moment.

The moment I decided to stick to the plan I started seeing results. What is most amazing about Swe is that it is not a diet but a life style change, it is easy to follow once you set your mind on it. I still struggle a little with planning my meals but it gets better by the day, once I remember weigh in day.

I make better choices of what I put in my mouth, seeing other members in the group is encouraging.
